William "Bill" Henry Wesley
December 2nd, 1942 - November 16th, 2024
William “Bill” H. Wesley Sr., 82, of Jamesville, was reunited with his loving bride on November 16, 2024. He was born in Syracuse in 1942 to the late Rufus and Margaret (Albery) Wesley. Bill graduated from Syracuse Central high school. Bill went on to work as an auto mechanic for Sears and Roebuck. Beginning at their original location on Salina St, then the Fayetteville location and eventually retiring from their Dewitt location. Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he loved camping at Southwick beach with his family and friends every year. Bill was a simple man who lived for his wife and family. He enjoyed staying busy taking care of his home right up to his last days. He could often be found out in the yard mowing the lawn, moving his stacks of wood from one place to another, or relaxing by the fire pit, in all states of weather, 80 degrees or 5 below zero. He was loved by everyone that met him due to his gentle welcoming nature. You were immediately treated as family. He is survived by: children William (Heidi) Wesley, Laurie (Frank Lefevre) Couse, Son-in-law David Couse; Grandchildren, Trista (Adam) Kukucka, Angela (Michael) Ademovic, Brendan Couse and Trevor Couse; Greatgrandchildren, Billy Kukucka, and Wesley Ademovic. He is predeceased by his beautiful bride Barbara Jean (McGee) Wesley. There will be no services. Burial will take place Thursday, November 21 at 10am at Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
