Patrick "Pat" Leo Rushing

Patrick Leo Rushing, 58, of Montrose, CO, passed away Nov. 23, 2024 in Parker, CO.
Pat was a loving son, father, and proud papa. He was born on July 26, 1966 to Muriel and Richard Rushing in Lancaster, CA. He is survived by his Mother, Muriel “Dee” Rushing; 2 Daughters, Alyza (Tristan) Wachholtz, and Emma (Tyler Robertson) Rushing, 2 Grandchildren, Annie and Briggs Wachholtz and his beloved dog, Charlie. He is also survived by 5 Brothers; Charlie, Joe, Dan, Robert and Frank.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Richard Rushing; Sisters, Mary Rister and Elizabeth Rushing.
Pat was a jack of all trades. He spent many years farming and being a mechanic for tractors and trucks. He owed his own construction and mobile tire business for many years as well. He loved hunting and fishing, farming and spending time with his girls and grandchildren. He took his dog Charlie everywhere with him. He was always witty and always had a joke, that is how you knew he liked you!
A Celebration of Life will be held in Grand Junction, CO on January 18th, 2025. Details to follow soon.
