Glenda Elizabeth Council, 74, of Los Lunas, NM, died at the GOODLIFE Senior Living and Memory Care facility on November 4, 2024.
Glenda was born in Rochester, Minnesota on May 7, 1950 to Ruby Anna Bell (Polzin) and Glen Ira Bell.
Glenda supported her husband’s military career by participating in the Officers’ Wives Club and volunteering on base. Glenda loved building relationships through churches and social organizations. She was fond of helping with charitable events that boosted peoples’ spirits and brought smiles to their faces. Glenda had a knowledgeable eye for good deals and enjoyed giving her great finds to loved ones.
Glenda was preceded in death by her son, Bradley Henry, and her loving husband of 20 years, Robert Lee Council.
Glenda will always be remembered by friends for her generous and passionate personality. She will be laid to rest alongside her husband at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on December 3, 2024.
