Joseph Aparicio passed away November 20, 2024, in Jackson, CA at the age of 92 years. He was born on December 5, 1931, in Jackson, California to Santos and Dolores (Cazares) Aparicio.
Joseph was a native of Amador County, he graduated from Sutter Creek High School. He continued his education at U.C. Davis and received a master’s from the University of Michigan. He had an interest in botany and was a grapes grower. He enjoyed discussing current events with friends.
He married his high school sweetheart Iris Modrell Aparicio in 1954. They were married 67 years before her passing in 2022.
Joseph is survived by his sister, Christina Aparicio Ammann of Los Altos, CA and his niece, Alicia Ammann of Los Altos CA. There will be no services.
