Paul married Pranom (Kaewpomma) in 1962. He is survived by her and their three children, Pranot (Helga) of Germany, Misti (Keith Smith) of Oro Valley, AZ, and Pam (Jon Hamby) of Richardson, TX; six grandchildren: Pongphun “PJ”, Pallop K., Luke, Jonas, Mia, and Jett; three great-grandchildren: Baze, Malia, and Rylynn. Pallop graduated from the Railway Engineering School in Bangkok, Thailand, and was employed by the State Railway of Thailand prior to immigrating to the United States in 1972, where he settled in Enid, OK. He attended Philips University, Northern Oklahoma College, and Oklahoma State University. He was employed by the George E. Failing Company until his retirement as a machinist who manufactured parts for oil drilling rigs. He enjoyed watching football, fishing, gardening, and traveling. Paul moved to Oro Valley in 2018, where he converted to Catholicism and discovered the love and mercy of Our Lord Jesus Christ. He also found a passion for long walks and bike rides. He was a naturalized citizen and he loved America. He was truly blessed to have had the opportunity to live the American Dream.  His dimpled smile will be greatly missed.
