Minnie Lee Hutchison
January 11th, 1933 - November 28th, 2024
Minnie Lee Duvall Reynolds Hutchison, 91, passed away on November 28, 2024, at her home in Meridian, Idaho, surrounded by her loving family.
Minnie Lee was born in Boxley, Arkansas on January 11, 1933. She was the fifth of six daughters born to Emmett (Judge) Duvall and Sinda Burk Duvall. When she was six years old, she moved with her parents and three sisters to a farm near Kuna, Idaho. Minnie went to Mora grade school and then to Kuna High School. She married Richard Reynolds in 1950. This marriage was blessed with five children, Karen, Sharon, Sandra, Rick and Kelli. They lived in Swan Falls then Grandview where Dick worked for Idaho Power. In 1965 they moved to the Kuna area where they farmed and milked cows. Besides raising five children, Minnie gathered eggs at a chicken farm in Meridian, sold Home Interior Designs and later worked for St. Alphonsus in the cafeteria. Dick passed away in 1990. She later moved to Meridian, Idaho and married Jack Hutchison. Jack had three children, Kurtis, Randy and Deborah.
Minnie was very active in the Red Hat Society, Kuna Good Sam's Club and numerous activities at The Ten Mile Christian Church. She was a lifetime member of the Mora Grange. Minnie was always the happiest person around. She always had a smile on her face and everyone she met loved her.
Minnie is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Richard Reynolds and Jack Hutchison. One son, Rick Reynolds, two daughters, Sharon Withrow and Sandra Brown, three grandchildren and one great grandchild; four sisters, Frankie, Dorothy, Pearl and Hazel. She survived by two daughters, Karen Tracy and Kelly (Steve) Burke, one sister Alice (Monty) Leinberger, 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, 3 stepchildren, her beloved dog Murphy, numerous nieces and nephews and many, many longtime friends she had met during her long life.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday Dec, 6th at 11am at Ten Mile Christian Church.
