Jorge W Morales Rosario

Jorge W. Morales Rosario, 83, of Groton, Connecticut, passed away on December 3, 2024, in Punta Gorda, Florida, surrounded by his loving family.

 Jorge W. Morales Rosario was born June 20, 1941, in Guayama Puerto Rico the son of Manuel Morales and Maria Rosario. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Gladys E. Morales, for more than fifty years, and he worked as a Maintenance Superintendent at Groton Towers in Groton, Connecticut for more than twenty years.

 His love for his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was indescribable. He stopped at nothing to make sure they were all provided for, even if it meant that he would go without.

 He is survived by his loving spouse, Gladys E. Morales, his three children, son Jesse W. Morales; his daughters Omaira Radcliffe, Marilyn Morales, including his eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, and his six siblings.

 He was loved by many, and he loved others just the same. He displayed his love for others by sharing his faith in Christ and encouraging them to seek the joy he found in the Lord more than fifty years ago He was a member of Thames River Church in New London, Connecticut for more thar fifteen years and served well as an encourager to many in the congregation.

 A special memory we will all cherish is when he expressed to his loving family that he was ready to meet his Savior. To this we all say in response, "We will see you again on the day of the resurrection of the Saints. Until then, rest in the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

 Funeral and Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Sharlotte Memorial Funeral Home, with Pastor Jesse Morales officiating
