Linda Jewel Savastano
December 18th, 1947 - December 1st, 2024
Linda Savastano, 76, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on December 1, 2024. Linda was predeceased by her husband Robert Savastano in 2022. Together they have five children, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren Linda was born in California where she spent the first part of her life, except when serving our county in the United States Army, before moving to Arizona. Linda spent her career with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, while she held many titles with the VA she constantly worked to provide the best possible service to our nation’s veterans. Linda and Robert enjoyed travelling the world learning about other cultures and history in their retirement. Exploring places such as Europe and Asia among many other destinations. Ultimately finding Hawaii, especially Honolulu, to be one their favorite places, spending months out of the year there. Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She brought her humor and integrity into all aspects of her life. She will be missed. Linda will be laid to rest at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific Honolulu, Hawaii.
