Doris Clarice Perkins, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2024 in Chandler, Arizona due to natural causes at the age of 95.
Doris was born in Hoytville, Ohio on July 31, 1929 to Edward and Esther Cekander. Doris will be remembered for her commitment to family and friends, warm smile and laughter, and her adventurous and creative spirit.
Doris is survived by her two children Carol Furzer and Richard Perkins (wife Jean), 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Doris was of Christian faith and will be cremated and eternally reunited with her husband of 64 years, Harold Richard Perkins, a World War II veteran, who preceded her in death on July 28, 2020, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
Doris was loved by all and will be missed very much!
