Barbara Ann Hayes Powers, age 69, of Gaston, SC, passed away on December 2, 2024. Barbara was born in Bennettsville, SC to the late Joe Robie Hayes and Ida Estelle Odom Hayes. She was the wife of the late Raymond L. Powers; two brothers, Clyde P. Hayes and Joe C. Hayes; and one sister, Mary Flynn Hayes, also predeceased Barbara. Barbara enjoyed vacationing at the beach, attending seminars, and listening to music. She also had a great interest in hallmark movies and reading.

Left to cherish fond memories of Barbara are her sisters, Juanita Hayes Foster and Sadie Hayes; her brother, Steve Hayes; one aunt; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
