Marie Emma Blume born October 21,1940 in Elizabeth New Jersey, died peacefully on December 5,2024 in her home surrounded by family in Englewood Florida.Marie met the love of her life Ronald and they married on October 2,1958. Together they created a beautiful life. They welcome three amazing children into this world, Ron, Doreen and Pixie. Marie wanted to insure her family would be well established and went on to achieve her nursing degree in 1986. A devoted and hardworking-individual , Marie dedicated her life to motherhood and her nursing profession, which served as her proudest achievements outside of being a grandma. Known for her intelligence, strong will and sometimes blunt demeanor, she was not afraid to tell you how it was. Marie saw people for who they were and never held judgment. Marie navigated through life with an unwavering sense of determination. Marie is proceeded in death by her husband Ronald and son Ron. She is survived by sister Diane Foulds, daughters Doreen Blume and Pixie Lowder. Grandchildren Ashley (Justin) Curtis and Robby Blume. And great grandchildren Zoie, Tori, Hunter, Bobby, River, Danny and Remi. Marie has requested no services, in Lieu of flowers please send donations to Englewood Methodist Church.
