Jane "Parker" Harrell, a beloved and cherished member of the community, passed away on the 12th of December 2024, in Bonaire, GA. Born on November 27, 1932, in Eastman, GA, she brought joy and warmth to everyone she encountered during her 92 years of life. Family, friends, and those whose lives were touched by Jane are invited to pay their respects. A visitation will be held at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday, December 15, 2024, between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. A celebration of her life will follow at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Jane will be laid to rest at Parkway Memorial Gardens, beside her beloved husband, Joe Thomas Harrell, Sr.

 

Jane led a life defined by her devotion to her family and her unwavering faith. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, loyalty, and a sense of humor that brightened the lives of those around her. Her life was a testament to the values she held dear, including her faith in God and her deep love for her family. Throughout her career, Jane served with pride and dedication in civil service as an Aircraft Electrician at Robins Airforce Base. Upon retirement, she continued to enrich her community with her presence, particularly as a cherished member of Central Baptist Church and Pete Joiners Sunday School Class. Her involvement with the Warner Robins Senior Citizens and her dedication to staying active through Water Aerobics were a few of the many ways she engaged with others and nurtured friendships.

 

Jane ‘s family was her pride and joy. She is survived by her beloved son, Joe Thomas Harrell, Jr., her sister Sybil Noles, and her adoring grandchildren: Christy (Arik) Tipton and Ashley (Joseph) Pierce. Her great-grandchildren, Brian Pitman, Sylas Tipton, Daisy Tipton, Shelby Baughcum, Westin Pierce, and Tessa Pierce, carry forward her legacy of love and laughter. She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred W. Parker and Tessie Hickman Parker, her daughter, Bonnie Mooring, as well as her sisters Mildred Noles and Vivian Lumley, and brother W.D Parker.
