Jeffrey “Randall” Byington, born on December 28, 1958, in Kingsport, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2024, in his hometown of Kingsport. Randall was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, and a treasured friend to many. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Shirley Dickerson and James Murrell Byington, as well as his sister, Tammy Byington. 

Randall is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Rhonda Byington; his children, Kristin Byington, Chayne Byington, Stephanie Bledsoe-Burns, Ryan Bledsoe; grandchildren, Alexis Bledsoe, Asher Bledsoe, Dante Delph, Arya Burns, Briana, Trevor, Chris, Khalin, and Cheyenne and Jaydin. Randall also leaves behind one great-grandchild, Jaydin Jr; godchildren, Tiffany Fields, Amber Fields, Mollie Fields, and Rileigh Fields; siblings, Donna Lowry, Fred and Sandra Byington, Rodney and Anissa Byington, Roger and Donna Byington, Myshell Miller,  and Fran Elliot. He held dear his special friends Brenda and Nelson Peters. 

Randall’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May his legacy bring comfort to all who mourn his passing. 

The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 6:30 pm on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Christ Church of Kingsport located at 926 Lynn Garden Drive. A celebration of his life will take place at 6:30 pm with Pastor Richard Dice officiating.
