Jeremy Lee Whitehead, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 14, 2024, in New Windsor, New York, at the age of 36. Born on September 10, 1988 in Lakeland, Florida, Jeremy was a beloved son, brother, and father whose vibrant personality and unwavering dedication to the well-being of others touched countless lives. A proud graduate of Auburndale High School, Class of 2007, Jeremy embarked on a noble journey of service as an Army combat medic in Afghanistan. From 2009 to 2013, he served our country with bravery and distinction, extending his innate compassion and skills to soldiers in need. Post-service, Jeremy found his calling as a Personal Fitness Trainer at Orangetheory Fitness, where he encouraged clients to embrace healthier lifestyles. His career was a testament to his energetic and ambitious nature, enabling others to feel better and rise to their potential. Jeremy's paths in life was characterized by traits that defined him as a loyal friend and a generous spirit. His memberships in the Knuckle Draggerz Veterans Club and 9-line bore witness to his enduring camaraderie and strength. Whether riding his motorcycle or spending cherished moments with family, Jeremy's life was a testament to devotion and service. He leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, survived by his mother, Carol Taylor; father, Wayne Whitehead; stepmother, Charlene Whitehead; fiancée, Emilia Sainato; cherished daughter, Jolie Rose Whitehead; brothers Jacob (Kayla) Whitehead and Jason Moore; and sisters Jessica (Hunter) Holley, Cheyenne Whitehead, and Karen (Damon) Walters. His legacy will continue through his host of nieces and nephews, who adored his humorous and honest demeanors.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by a Funeral Service at Green Pond Baptist Church. Friends and family are invited to gather at 5995 Green Pond Rd, Polk City, FL 33868, to honor a life defined by selfless dedication and love for all.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are welcome to the Green Pond Baptist Church for the benefit of Jolie Rose, Jeremy's cherished daughter. Jeremy Lee Whitehead will forever be remembered for his unwavering support to family and friends, his commitment to serving others, and the joy he imparted to all who knew him. His spirit will linger eternally in the hearts he touched.
