Larry Lee Kleindl

Larry Lee Kleindl, aged 80, of Spanaway, Washington, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2024, in Puyallup, Washington. Born on January 20, 1944, in Billings, Montana, Larry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.
Larry shared 58 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Sharon Kay Kleindl. Together, they built a loving family, including their children, Kim Bromley, Kary Kleindl, Tara Kleindl, and daughter-in-law Laurie Kleindl. Larry was a cherished grandfather to eight grandchildren: Krystal (Travis), Steve (Danniel), Jessi (David), Steph (Joey), Kyle, Chelsea (Trevor), Nic, and Brendyn. He was also a proud great-grandfather to six great-grandchildren: Ashlynn, Kannon, Karter, Harper, Luke, and Levi.
Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Elizabeth, his brothers Roger and Don, nephew Curtis Kleindl and son-in law James Bromley, Larry's legacy is carried on by his family and the countless friends he made throughout his life. Known for his good humor and warm personality, Larry touched the lives of everyone he met. He worked diligently up until his final days, embodying the pride and dedication that defined his character.
In his last days, surrounded by family and friends, Larry expressed gratitude for a life well-lived, blessed with a wonderful family and many friends. His family remembers him as the best father they could have asked for, and they will continue to honor his memory with love and pride.
A memorial service will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Washington on January 15th at 1:00 P.M all are welcome.
A celebration of life open house will follow on January 18, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the home of Kary and Laurie Kleindl, where food and beverages will be provided.
