Deanna Sue Jewell
August 5th, 1953 - December 5th, 2024
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Deanna Sue Jewell, who died on December 5 at the age of 71 after a year-long battle with cancer. Deanna grew up in Colorado, graduating with degrees in elementary and special education. She spent most of her life teaching elementary-aged students and had a special interest in helping students learn to read. She lived most recently in Tucson, Arizona. She will be deeply missed by her sister, Denise, brother, Alan, and niece, Jennifer.
