In Loving Memory

James M. (Jimmy) Grahl died on Monday, December 23, 2024. Jimmy was a true "Gentle Man". He was an artist, a poet, a musician, a writer, a builder, a boater, a fisherman, an animal and nature lover, a "Jack of all trades and a Master of most", an adventurer, and a very successful businessman. He was a loyal and loving friend to many although a number of his very best friends died before him and he grieved their loss.

Jimmy was a loving son to his Momma, Irene "Nanny" Grahl and his Daddy, Jesse Wayne (Gandy) Grahl. He was the adoring "little" brother to Pam Grahl Hook and Rhett Hook. He was the devoted husband and soulmate of his high school sweetheart, Faye Grahl, for almost 58 years.

Jimmy was such a very proud Daddy of Jamie (Mike) Washburn of Lexington and of Nova (Jorge) Grahl of Guadalahara, Mexico. He adored his beautiful, talented, and loving Grands..... Granddaughter Michaela Washburn, Grandson Max Washburn, and Grandson Theo Espinosa Grahl. Jimmy was the proud Uncle of Chris (Kim) Hook and loved him like a son.

A Remembrance Celebration of Jimmy's beautiful and full life will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 2PM at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1201 Mohawk Drive, West Columbia, with a visitation one hour prior to the service.
