Franke David Mestas, 71yrs of Albuquerque, NM, passed away peacefully on Saturday Dec 7th,2024 surrounded by his loving family.
Franke was born in Durango, Co. on April 11, 1953, and was a long-time resident of Albuquerque, NM. Mr. Mestas was married to Irene Mestas. They were together for 39yrs.
His hobbies included fishing, riding his scooter around town, listening to music, and hanging with his grandkids. Franke was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and Brother. Everyone loved his sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife Irene, Children, Renee Saiz, Cassandra Mestas, Franke Mestas, Natasha Mestas, 9 grandkids, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Margie and Ernest Mestas.
Services will be on December 31, 2024, at 12:00PM at Riverside Funeral Home
225 San Mateo NE. Albuquerque, NM 87108.
Celebration of Life will follow at 1:30pm at Birthday Blitz

Burial will take place at a later date in La Posta, Co.
