A loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend, Palmer (Bud) Peters, born in Iron Ridge, WI to Ida and Benjamin Peters, the 2nd of three children, passed peacefully on December 17, 2024.
Bud was proceeded in death by his parents Ida and Benjamin Peters, loving wife Rosemary, brother Curt (Carol) Peters and sister Beatrice (Kenneth) Wadleigh and great grandson Lawson.
Bud had a strong love for family and showed it daily with his devotion toward his wife of 61 years, Rosemary, his 4 sons Ronald, Scott, Kevin and Jon.
He was known for taking vacations with the whole family taking them to multiple places to learn about historical locations and the beauty of America.
In 1975, he was transferred to Delco in Goleta, CA until he retired in 1989.
He liked to build World War II airplane models. He also enjoyed woodworking and had a well-equipped shop in his garage. The magnificent wooden rocking horse and collapsible bowls he constructed were evident of his skills.
Bud is survived by his 4 sons Ronald (Linda), Scott, Kevin (Tricia) and Jon, 5 grandchildren Jamie (Robby), Kristin (Troy), Ryan (Emily), Bryce and Kaiya, 5 great-grandchildren Addison, Colt, Benjamin, Rosemary and Augustine.
Bud will be dearly missed by family, friends and all who knew and loved him.
