Paul Juno was born in Superior, Wisconsin on August 21, 1940. After sailing the seas in the Navy on the USS Shangri-La, he settled in Minnesota and began his 44+ year career at Rock-Tenn Recycling. On February 23, 1963, he married the love of his life Rae Ann Moffat and they were blessed with four children: Paul Brian, Paul (Stephanie and children Peyton, Shelby) Zoe and Rachel (Jeff).

With a mug of tea, he often enjoyed reading books on history, doing puzzles, playing Yahtzee and card games such as Oh Hell, Smear and Solitaire. Though he never got a 29 in Cribbage, he did get the perfect hand in Pinochle. He had a love for music and played the piano and accordion. Gene Vincent, Mark Knopfler, Dire Straits, Herb Alpert, Elvis, and John Barry were just a few of his favorite artists. Monthly Tuesday breakfast gatherings were spent with work friends and he often spoke of how proud he was of the seeing his own children and grandchildren graduate from College and University. He never missed an opportunity to share his love of history and past memories with his story telling.

Paul’s greatest passion in life was his love for Rae. Dancing and long drives with his blonde were some of his most treasured moments. Along with growing up together, they shared over 57 years of marriage. Reunited, they continue their journey. His smile and sense of humor will never be forgotten.
