In Loving Memory

Beloved sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and friend. Renee won her battle with cancer and joined her parents and family with God in Heaven on Sunday, December 29th, 2024.

Renee was the daughter of the late Ronnie and Carol Eddings. She was born in West Columbia, South Carolina and a graduate of the class of 1985 from Brookland Cayce High School. Renee was a selfless, caring and wonderful friend that would care for others before herself. She was always ready for a trip to the beach to soak her toes in the water and have her butt in the sand. Like her mother, Christmas was her favorite holiday. She loved being surrounded by family and soaking in every minute of life was most important to her. She had a passion for cooking and baking for her family, she was known for mastering her grandmother's famous Rum cake. She was a long time employee at RNDC of Columbia and loved working with everyone there. Among being selfless, caring, and wonderful, Renee was also independent (sometimes hard headed), thoughtful, resilient, and one of the strongest people.

Those left to cherish in her loving memory include her husband, Dale Schriver; four children, Brandi Eddings, Kelsey Wallace (Luke), Harley Schriver (McKenzie), Emmalie Eddings (Matthew); nephew, Noah Eddings; five grandchildren, Carolina, Kayden, Lonnie and Myles and Wylder; brother, Wade Eddings; sister, Wendy Derrick McKinley (Mac). Renee also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who were dear to her heart. She was predeceased by her loving parents, grandparents and uncles.

Renee’s family would like to extend their gratitude to Lexington Oncology for the amazing care they provided to her.

“You are always with me, like a handprint on my heart.”
