Patricia "Patti" Johnson Maynard

Patti Johnson Maynard, born on May 26, 1960, In Frankfort, KY, passed away on December 30, 2024, at UK Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY after a short illness.
Patti was preceded in death by her parents Warren V and Lois O Johnson of Frankfort, KY. Patti Is survived by her beloved husband of 32 years, Mike Maynard, her sister Vicki (Michael) Wingate, her son Christopher (Samantha) Maynard, her grandchildren Colton and Madi Maynard, her Nephew Robert W Wingate and his daughters Ellen and Everley, her Niece Kelli (Scott) Palmer and their 2 children Peyton and Lucas, her sister-in-law Tammy (Steve) Campbell and many other loving family members.
Patti graduated from Frankfort High school in 1978 and graduated from the University of Kentucky, with honors, and a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Professionally, Patti dedicated herself to a career as an accountant, her meticulous nature and commitment to her work were evident throughout her professional Iife. She was an accomplished pianist and loved all forms of music. After living in Hickory, NC, for many years Patti and Mike retired to Danville, KY, in 2022.
Patti LOVED her cats and was an advocate for all animals. She fiercely loved her family, friends, and neighbors. She will be remembered for the warmth she brought to those around her and the love she so freely gave. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.
A celebration of Patti's life will be announced at a later date.
