Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Homes - Syracuse
James Andrew DuBose
May 19th, 1946 - December 10th, 2024
James Andrew Dubose, 78, of Syracuse, passed away December 10, 2024.
He was a devoted family man who loved everyone in his family. James always knew everyone's name and birthday. He worked for over forty years as a custodian at St. Joseph's Hospital, The State Tower Building, and Bell Atlantic. Throughout all those years he rarely missed a day of work, while walking both ways in any kind of weather. When he did miss work it was always for his family as he was never sick himself. James was always quick to make you laugh with his wit and limitless humor. He will forever be missed by his family that will be thinking of him daily. James was an amazing person who was and will forever be loved by so many family and friends.
There will be a calling hour from 11AM to 12PM on Friday Jan. 3rd at Ballweg and Lunsford Funeral Home, 4612 S. Salina St. Syracuse, NY 13205
A funeral service will be held at 12PM at the funeral home, with burial following at Oakwood Cemetery.
