In Loving Memory of Kenneth "Jack" Jester
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Kenneth "Jack" Jester, who departed this life on January 3, 2025, at the age of 83 in Auburndale, Florida. Born on March 26, 1941, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, Jack touched the lives of those around him with his kind heart, infectious humor, and steadfast loyalty. Throughout his distinguished career, Jack was a respected foreman in the construction industry, dedicating numerous years to building both structures and strong relationships with his colleagues. He was known for his honesty and generosity, qualities that made him a beloved figure to those he worked with and to his community. Jack found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life, with a particular fondness for fishing. Whether casting a line in serene waters or sharing stories of his latest catches, Jack’s passion for the sport was clear for all to see. It is through these moments, close to nature, that Jack found peace and contentment. He leaves behind his cherished daughter, Jacqueline Whitehead, along with other loving family members who will miss him dearly. Jack was a figure of strength and warmth for them, embodying the values and teachings that will continue to live on through those he loved. Family and friends are invited to a visitation being held at Kersey Funeral Home, 108 Lake Stella Drive, Auburndale, Florida, on January 7th from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, with the memorial service to follow immediately thereafter at 10:00 am. As we gather to remember Jack, let us celebrate a life well-lived and a man who truly made the world a better place with his laughter and love. May Jack rest in eternal peace.
