Margaret "Midge" was especially well known in the Fultonville community whether being active in school sporting events and concerts, little league, scouting, ladies’ auxiliary, village wide tag sales and church socials. Many a day you could find Midge entertaining Peg Labarge, Nadine Rose and Pat Snyder around her kitchen table.
Margaret's final 7 years were spent at her home in Arkell Hall, Canajoharie where she made many new friends with the staff as well as residents whether playing cards, doing puzzles, attending social functions, serving on the Resident Council or simply visiting.
To Margaret, nothing was more precious or important than family. She married the Late Donald J. Lang September 6, 1947, who passed away July 15, 1973. Together they raised three children, Deborah L. Bain-Calhoun of Glen, NY, Rodney J. (Barbara) Lang of East Longmeadow, MA. and Gregory W. (Patricia) Lang of Newport, NY.
