Audie Schonefeld, aka Tizoc, passed away the morning of Tuesday, December 31, 2024. He was 53 years old. His sister, April Reece, remained at his side as he left us that morning. He was born to Ruth Dufour and Thomas Schonefeld on Valentine’s Day in 1971 in Queens, NY. He lived in New York for most of his childhood but moved to California for a few years, before living the rest of his adult life in the Charleston, SC area. He lived a very free and passionate life. He was a man of many passions including: gaming, videography, digital artistry, guns, cartoons, prepping, music, and overall having a good time with the people he loved most. He was an avid youtuber with over 1,000 subscribers, where he grew a following centered around model cars such as hot wheels and matchboxes. He loved to customize them and frequently would change the color, rims, and more on them. He would also compete in events between fellow youtubers for different styles like Gaslands from Mad Maxx, old school hot rods, and more. He had a huge passion for the video game franchises Fallout and Final Fantasy. Fallout 3 was his favorite and he would log hundreds of hours into full playthroughs. He wouldn’t just skim on the basics; he’d meticulously grind his way to max out his character from beginning with nothing to having the full arsenal at his disposal. He has even named cats Fallout and other characters from the game. He was a huge supporter of the 2 nd amendment and as an avid gunsmith, he’d build and kit out firearms piece by piece, despite his vision not being the best later in life. His favorite gun was his Smith and Wesson .50 cal revolver. He was also a big Glock fan, as he owned many generations plus many of their shirts and would put decals on his vehicles. He had a true love for cats as pets, drawing them in his artwork and taking care of any strays that popped up in his area. At any given moment he’d become the mommy of kittens and take them in as if they were his own kids. He also had a large collection of fox themed items such as statues, stuffed animals, and many more that were truly cherished. He was a huge Nine Inch Nails and ICP fan and even had a hatchet man tattoo on his forearm. He will be forever remembered by his mother, Ruth Dufour, stepfather, Andrew Myskowsky, sister, April Reece, brother, Nicholas Myskowsky, nieces, Samantha Skaggs and Angel Reece, as well as numerous extended family members and friends. A celebration of Audie’s life will be held on January 25 th , 2025. The time and location are still being planned
