Edward Gene Clark, 77, of Brighton, Colorado, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on February 10, 1947, in Denver, Colorado, to James and Ethel Clark.
Edward was the seventh of eight children. He is remembered by his surviving siblings: Joyce Kloster, Carol Brown, and Kenneth (Billie) Clark. He was preceded in death by his siblings: Delores (Tom) Ball, Mary Mier, James (Barbara) Clark, and Barbara (Howard) Creel, as well as his brothers-in-law, Donald Kloster and Jim Brown.
Edward is survived by his loving children: Scott (Sacha) Clark, Troy (Kim) Clark, Todd Clark, Melissa (John) Lindberg, and Sean (Kris) Clark. He was a proud grandfather to Kelci Clark, Jacob (Alyx) Lindberg, Kaylee (Patrick) Contreras, Kaytlyn Clark, Ashley Lindberg, Kyler Clark, Austin (Hailey) Clark, Brekyn Clark, Carter Albright, Amber Clark, Emma Albright, Jordin Clark, and Nickolas Clark. His legacy also lives on through his two great-grandchildren, Leilah and Luna Clark, as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended family members.
Edward’s life was defined by his love for his family and his passion as a restaurant business owner of Clark’s Coffee Shop (Thornton, Co) and Branding Iron (Fort Lupton, Co). He created lasting memories with those he held dear and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Edward served in the United States Army as an SP5 from October 3, 1967, to October 2,1969, during the Vietnam War.

A service will be held on January 17, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at:
Fort Logan National Cemetery
