Linda Louise Fisher; born April 17, 1941, in Sacramento, California. She moved to Juntura, Oregon as a teenager and had worked at ‘Frosty’s’. Linda boarded with different families in Harper, Oregon to attend High School. While living in the area she would go on double dates with Robert Fisher. Robert went into the army after graduating but came back to Harper on leave and proposed to Linda Louise Wood. They were married in Carson City, Nevada. They would drive cross country to the bases that Robert was transferred to. Their first child was born in Kentucky, Joseph E Fisher. While Robert was stationed in Vietnam their second child was born in California, Sandra Lee Fisher Greene. Years later their last child was born in Alabama, Robin Ann Fisher Nau Stoner. For 22 years Linda followed her husband across the country and went as far as Germany. Returning back to Harper for a time, then going to Nevada and California before finally coming back and buying property in Harper. Linda lost her husband after 50 years of marriage and faced cancer which came back two more times. On January 7, 2025, Linda Louise Fisher returned to her heavenly Father, joining her husband, parents, brothers and a sister. Linda is survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandson; Elijah and Erin Fisher, Todd and Cody Greene and Jessica Greene Wright, Lee and Brittany Nau, Robert Stoner and Vaughn Wright. Memorial Services will be at Saint Patrick Catholic Church in Vale, Oregon on January 18, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. with a meal to follow.
