Con profunda tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Manuel “Manny” Figueroa, un querido padre, hijo, hermano y amigo, el 6 de enero de 2025, a la edad de 62 años.

Nacido el 5 de mayo de 1962, Manny fue un hombre de muchas facetas. Aunque enfrentó desafíos y luchas en ocasiones, siempre estuvo comprometido con su familia. Después de sobrevivir al cáncer, Manny abrazó la vida con entusiasmo y vivió al máximo. Le encantaba disfrutar de buenos momentos y tenía una pasión por los viajes, la aventura y las nuevas experiencias. Cantar en el karaoke le traía gran alegría, donde brillaba por su amor a la música y la diversión. Será recordado como el alma de la fiesta, siempre dispuesto a compartir una risa (o una cerveza) y disfrutar del momento.

Manny fue un padre devoto y le sobreviven su madre, María Elena Segura, y sus hijos: Mariaelena Concha, Manuel Figueroa, Jr., Vicky Friend, Tania Sims, Lizett Ramírez y Mónica Figueroa. Fue un orgulloso abuelo de 17 nietos y un bisnieto, quienes llevarán su memoria en sus corazones. Su legado de generosidad y fortaleza seguirá brillando a través de su familia y todos los que lo conocieron.

Lo precedieron en muerte su padre y su hermano, quienes ahora lo reciben en el descanso eterno.

Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo para honrar su memoria y celebrar su vida. Los detalles son los siguientes:

Domingo, 12 de enero de 2025, en Legacy Funeral Home - Rose Chapel.

Visita: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Servicio fúnebre: 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Manuel "Manny" Figueroa; a beloved father, son, brother, and friend, on January 6, 2025, at age 62.

Born on May 5, 1962, Manny was a man of many layers. While he faced challenges and struggled at times, he was committed to his family. After surviving cancer, Manny embraced the opportunity and truly lived to the fullest. He loved a good time and had a passion for travel, adventure, and new experiences. Singing at karaoke brought him great joy, where he would shine for his love of music and fun. He will be remembered as the life of the party, always ready to share a laugh (or a beer) and enjoy the moment. 

Manny was a devoted father and is survived by his mother Maria Elena Segura and children: Mariaelena Concha, Manuel Figueroa, Jr., Vicky Friend, Tania Sims, Lizett Ramirez, and Monica Figueroa. He was a proud grandfather to 17 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild who will carry his memory in their hearts. His legacy of generosity and strength will continue to shine through his family and all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his father and brother, who now welcome him into eternal rest. 

Funeral services will be held to honor his memory and celebrate his life. Details are as follows: Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Legacy Funeral Home - Rose Chapel. Visitation: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
