Rudy was born on April 9, 1983 in Denver Colorado to parents, Sally Garcia-Bruce and Rudolfo Villanueva Sr. Rudy slipped away quietly at home, on July 25, 2020 surrounded by the love and comfort of family. Rudy had a gentle nature, and compassionate spirit. He loved to laugh and could light up a room with his tender smile. Rudy loved his family deeply and cherished any moment spent with his daughter and girlfriend Anna. He had a passion for connecting his love of cooking with family and friends and was so proud of the day he became a Chef. Rudy was truly gifted in the kitchen and loved the joy his tasty dishes brought to so many. Outside of the kitchen, his passion was found in spending time with family. He always set time aside for his nephew and nieces, showering them with attention, and making sure they knew he loved them dearly. Rudy loved watching movies, Seinfeld and of course Master Chef! He was charismatic, friendly and knew how to find the sweet spot in others with just his radiant smile and witty sense of humor. As the older brother, Rudy was quick to poke fun and joke around with his brothers and sisters. Always the optimist, Rudy never complained, or spoke negatively about anyone. He was a simple man, yet his love for others could fill the oceans! His kind and simple approach to love, life, and all that he cherished will live on in the hearts of those who loved and knew him. Even in his final hours, he put the feelings of others before his own. Rudy is survived by his Mother Sally (Monte), Father Rudy Sr. (Cindy) , siblings Larissa (Mike), Josh (April), Alyssa, Rebecca (Aaron), and step-brother Michael (Nicole). His daughter Antionette and girlfriend Anna, his grandparents, and numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and numerous friends who loved him dearly. The Lord truly blessed us all to have such a wonderful son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin, and friend. Rudy†™s time on earth ended far too soon, yet his loved ones are comforted in the knowledge that his spirit was saved and is now peacefully at rest in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The world feels different since he left, but until we meet again, rest easy Dear Son. The Broken Chain We little knew that day, God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, In death, we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone. For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide. And although we cannot see you, You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again. Author: Ron Tranmer
