Rosemarie Esther Carlucci
November 11th, 1954 - December 9th, 2024
It is with heavy hearts but with deep gratitude for her life that we announce the passing of Rosemarie Carlucci, age 70, who went home to be with the Lord on December 9th. Born on November 11th in San Angelo, Texas, Rosemarie was a beloved sister, mother, nonna, aunt, and friend whose life was a testament to her unwavering love and devotion to God.
Rosemarie’s faith in the Lord was the cornerstone of her life. She loved Jesus with all her heart and sought to live each day according to His teachings. Her devotion to the Lord was evident in everything she did—through her prayers, her wisdom, and her desire to share the gospel with everyone she encountered (even telemarketers!). Whether in times of joy or in moments of hardship, she trusted in God's perfect plan and found peace in His promises. Her faith was her anchor, and it shaped every part of her life.
Throughout her life, Rosemarie was a guiding presence to all who knew her. She had a heart for others and was always ready with a word of encouragement, a listening ear, or a handwritten letter. Whether through her church, her family, or in her time as a nurse for over 40 years,
Rosemarie shared the love of Christ wherever she went. She believed deeply in the power of prayer and often interceded on behalf of others, lifting them up to the Lord with a heart full of compassion.
Rosemarie was also a devoted sister, mother, aunt, and nonna. She cherished her family above all else and found great joy in their lives. She was a caring mother, always guiding her daughter with wisdom, love, and faith. As a nonna, she was a source of comfort and joy, and will leave a lasting impact on the generations that follow her.
Rosemarie is survived by her daughter Carlee Rustemeyer (Peter), her brother Mike Carlucci (Jill), and her nephews Anthony Carlucci (Danielle) and Shay Carlucci (Tess). Her family takes comfort in the knowledge that she is now in the loving arms of her Savior, free from pain and suffering, and enjoying the eternal peace of heaven.
A celebration of Rosemarie’s life will be held at New Life Church in Renton, Washington on February 22, 2025 at 11am.
15711 152nd Ave SE, Renton, WA 98058
While we mourn the loss of Rosemarie we also give thanks for the incredible example of enduring faith she set for all of us. Her legacy will continue to inspire us to live with love and trust in the Lord, just as she did so faithfully.
"Well done, good and faithful servant." – Matthew 25:2
