Eileen A. Beasley

Eileen was born to Edward and Ethel Murphy in the Village of Western, Nebraska.  She married George Beasley in 1959 and they lived in Fairbury, Nebraska until 1980 when they purchased Harry's Tavern in Valparaiso, Nebraska.  In 1990 they moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where she thoroughly enjoyed working for the Las Vegas Metro Police Department for over 20 years.

Eileen derived immense pleasure from spending time with her family and friends, holding elaborate tea parties, providing the upmost care to anyone in need, and traveling. Her collections of Precious Moments, angels, nativities, and seashells were vast.  She will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include their children: George (Polly), Marcia (Brian), Jerry (Janet), and Michele (Judson), twelve grandchildren: Derek, Kari, Megan, Emily, Alexandra, Matthew, Sarah, Ryan, Alyssa, Krista, Tyler and Ethan; Siblings Tom, Margaret, Mildred, Alice, Kathryn, Bill and Anne; Numerous great grandchildren, in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and siblings James and Rosemary.

Rosary at 10:00 a.m. CT followed immediately by funeral mass on Friday, May 9, 2025 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church at 7601 Vine Street in Lincoln, NE. Private family interment at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.
