Terry Lynn Loftus

Terry Lynn Loftus passed away in his sleep Monday night October 19, 2020 due to complications from cancer. Terry was born in Denver, Co. at Mercy Hospital on October 31, 1937. He grew up in Arvada, Co. and graduated from Arvada High School in 1955. Terry played baseball, football and basketball. After graduation, Terry served in the U.S. Army Reserves, had a career as a singer, recording several singles under the Lute, Aspen, Reveille and Liberty labels, performed live on stage in Denver†™s Bonfils theater as Robin Hood. Professionally, Terry made a career in Real Estate and retired as an officer of Land Title Co. After retirement, Terry sold specialty advertising products as part of the gig economy. Terry loved the Denver Broncos and most significantly, Terry was an avid golfer and played courses around the country and the world, particularly fond of courses in Scotland and Ireland. Terry is survived by his nephew Cary, nephew Cory, his wife Becky and daughters, Patti and Maddie, niece Christy, her husband Mark, and son Tyler and Kaylee, her husband Brandon and children Colin and Lauren. Terry was gracious and had loved entertaining. Terry was blessed with an endearing spirit and his big smile. His many talents included his singing voice, his telling a witty joke or sharing a funny story. Favorites include Gulley Gulley, and Rindercella.
