Philip Leshowitz, 90 of Naselle, Washington passed away on April 27, 2023.
Philip was one of 14 siblings born to Jacob and Rose Leshowitz on May 17, 1932, in Union City, NJ.
He served honorably in the U.S. Army and later became a Union Carpenter. He was a special officer with the Union City NJ Police Department. Philip was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of Salt Water Anglers and an NRA instructor. He later moved to the state of Washington to enjoy his love of the outdoors.
Philip is survived by his sons Danny and wife Sybil, Scott, daughters Tina, Terri and husband Gregg. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Phyllis Sullivan.
He has a large extended family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Philip ended his battle with a massive stroke which landed him in an adult care facility for the remaining 12 years of his life.
A private memorial will be held by his immediate family in Washington State.
