John F. Newman, 61, of Goose Creek, SC (originally from Pittsburgh, PA) passed in the early morning on January 7th, 2025. 

John, son of Barbara Newman and John (Jack) Newman passed in his home of natural causes related to his heart.

John is survived by his son, John Polliard, his four sisters, Christine Stevwing, Dorothy Yanalivich, Jacqueline Hart, and Kathleen Mesina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends. 

John is predeceased by his mother, father, Linda Newman (sister), Vicky Newman (wife), and Richard (RJ) Newman (son). 

He worked as a security guard until his passing but also had a love for the kitchen as a professionally trained former chef. 

John loved billiards, wolves, swords, dragons, super heroes, chocolate, and Mountain Dew. 

Gone too soon, he will be loved and greatly missed.”
