Judith Ann Ross, cherished friend and family member, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2025, at the age of 89. Born on February 5, 1935, in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Judith was the beloved daughter of Sheldon and Esther (née Hendricks) Ross. 

 

A proud resident of Waukesha, Judith dedicated her career to serving her community as a Customer Service Representative starting at Waukesha National Bank and finishing up her career at Waukesha State Bank. Known for her warm smile and kind heart, she brought joy to colleagues and customers alike during her many years of service. 

 

Judith loved to travel and enjoyed visiting destinations like Hawaii and California. Family was the cornerstone of her life, and she held her parents, Sheldon and Esther, close to her heart. An avid reader, Judith was rarely seen without a romance novel in hand. She also found joy in knitting, often crafting thoughtful creations for loved ones. 

 

Judith is preceded in death by her parents, Sheldon and Esther Ross, along with many dear friends and family members who held a special place in her heart. She is survived by a circle of friends and extended family who will forever cherish her memory. 

 

A service to honor Judith’s life will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Cesarz Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, located at 237 N. Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, WI 53188. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m., followed by a service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place immediately after at Prairie Home Cemetery. 

 

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to a charity of your choosing in Judith’s memory. 

Judith will be remembered for her kindness, love of life, and unwavering devotion to those she held dear. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
