Jeanne Foxworth McKim, 86, of West Columbia, SC, peacefully entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of January 20, 2025. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her reception of friends at Thompson Funeral Home in Lexington, SC, Friday, January 31, 2025 at 1 o'clock. Her memorial service will immediately follow the reception in the chapel at 2 o'clock.

Ms. McKim was born May 6, 1938, in Charleston, SC, the daughter of Col. Edward McClam Foxworth and Ruth Godwin Foxworth. Growing up in a military family, she lived all over the world and attended primary schools in 3 different countries. She was a BS graduate of James Madison University in 1960 and then the University of South Carolina in 1985. After a successful career in Accounting, she retired in 2000 and spent the next 20 years enjoying time with her family and traveling the world. She was resolute in her faith and a devoted member of the Virginia Wingard United Methodist Church for over 40 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Pamela McKim Campbell (Chuck) of Columbia, SC; one son, Roy Wayne McKim, Jr. (Simone Setzler) of West Columbia, SC; two brothers, Dr. J. Michael Foxworth, Charleston, SC, and Paul Edward Foxworth, Chicago, IL; and 5 grandchildren, Hunter Campbell, Jackson McKim, Jordan McKim, Ella McKim and Gracie McKim.
