It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our cherished father, Keith Davie, who was born on July 25, 1950, in Oakland, California, to Peter and Lena Davie. After a courageous battle with Lewy Body Dementia, Keith departed this world, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of love, faith, and kindness.

Keith grew up in Hayward, California, and graduated from Hayward High School in 1968, where he met the love of his life, Nadine Watts. Their undeniable bond led to their marriage in 1971, and they celebrated 54 beautiful years together until his passing. They raised three beloved children: Andrew (Debra) Davie, Matthew (Congetta) Davie, and Nicole Davie. Keith was also a devoted and loving grandfather to his five grandchildren: Drew Davie, Mason Davie, Micah Davie, Siena Davie, and Nicolas (Nico) Davie, all who brought immense happiness to his life. He was so proud of his grandchildren.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Keith joined the family HVAC business, 'D and H Sheet Metal Heating Air Conditioning' in Hayward during high school. After graduating, he continued his education at Laney College in Oakland, earning an AAS degree in Sheet Metal and HVAC. Keith was honored for his 53 years of dedicated service with Sheet Metal Local Union #104.  In 1971, Keith and Nadine bought land in Sutter Creek, California, where they enjoyed countless summers camping and In 1984, they decided to leave Castro Valley and settled on that property in Sutter Creek, where Keith built their dream home.

As a courageous cancer survivor, Keith dedicated many years to volunteering with Stars, driving cancer patients to their appointments and providing support during their difficult journeys. Additionally, he volunteered at the local interfaith food bank and offered assistance to elderly people in need.

Keith's legacy of selflessness and compassion will forever remain in our hearts. His unwavering love for his family and zest for life left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed. Throughout our dad's journey, he touched countless hearts with his genuine spirit, warm smile, and unforgettable personality.

Rest in peace, Keith Davie. Your legacy of love will continue to brighten our hearts.

There will be a Celebration of Life on March 22, 2025, from 12pm-4pm at the Italian Picnic Grounds Hall, 581 CA-49, Sutter Creek, CA 95685
