Donald "Don" Ramon Dolph
May 4th, 1945 - January 19th, 2025
Donald Ramon Dolph passed away peacefully on January 19, 2025, in Morrison, Colorado at the age of 79.
Don was born May 4th, 1945, in Lake City, Iowa to Frank and Helene Dolph. Don graduated from Churdan High School in 1963 in Churdan, Iowa. Don and Hannah were married on July 12th, 1974, in Soren, Germany. Don served in the U.S. Air Force. He was an Avionics Technician with a FCC License and a weapons expert marksman and electrician. He was stationed in various bases in Southeast Asia and Europe and retired as Master Sargent. After the U.S. Air Force, he worked at the Englewood Emissions as an Inspector and worked for Eaton Sales and Service as a Gas Boy Technician for over 17 years.
Don enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening and a big love for the outdoors. He was awarded the Masters Patch and Certificate for Cat fishing. He hunted quail, pheasant, turkey, deer, elk and moose. Every year he planted a garden that would produce the most delicious vegetables.
Don is survived by his wife, Hannah Dolph, his daughters, Sarah and Lisa Dolph; son Arik Dolph and his wife Kasey; son Greg Allen and his wife Magan as well as grandchildren: Archer, Sorsha, Matty and Shepherd; sisters Lois, Verna and Mary. Don was proceeded in death by his parents, Frank and Helene and brother Dean Dolph.
Friday, February 7, 2025, Viewing is 8:30am to 10:30am at Romero Funeral Home, 1805 S Sheridan Blvd Lakewood, CO 80232 followed by 11am Graveside Service, Ft Logan National Cemetery 4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236 STAGING: C.
Please join us for 12pm reception at the VFW, 5220 W Warren Ave, Denver, CO 80227, PLEASE: Park in church parking lot across the street (north of VFW). Immediate family can park in the VFW lot.
