Robin was born at Mound Park Hospital in St. Petersburg on December 12, 1956 to Charles Byron and Charlotte Tippy Brenn. He passed away at Tampa General Hospital putting up a good fight with liver disease and cancer.
Growing up in Gulfport, much of his childhood was spent playing baseball and fishing.

He worked as a machinist at APM, Honeywell, and OpTech, a custodian at Perkins Elementary School, and in transportation security (TSA) at Tampa International Airport.
He was preceded in death by his father and his brothers, Charles (Chuck) and Christopher Brenn and his sister Cheryl Rigney. He is survived by his wife Del Marie, his mother Charlotte, and several nieces and nephews.
Robin could be found around the area playing his saxophone with James O'Neill and the Silver Shadows and The Jain Hand Band. He was also asked to sit in with bands including The Impacs, Eighties Enough, and the Ocean Road Band.
Services will be held at 4 PM at the Anderson McQueen Northeast Chapel; 2201 Dr. MLK Jr. Street, North; St. Petersburg, FL on February 15, 2025 with visitation beginning at 3 PM.
