Edward L Andriakos

Edward L. Andriakos, 68, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away on January 16, 2025. Eddy was preceded in death by his parents, Chris and Virginia Andriakos, and his brother, James C. Andriakos, and is survived by his brother, Robert Andriakos and sister-in-law, Sandra Andriakos, his sister, Marcia Andriakos, his nephew, Nicholas Andriakos, and his niece, Cassie Andriakos. Eddy was born and raised in St. Petersburg, graduated from St. Pete High, and attended University of Florida. He was retired, but previously enjoyed work in electronics. Eddy loved the science of meteorology and would always call his family with up to the minute details on the track of an approaching hurricane giving us his personal projections and recommendations. He also loved music, and sports. Eddy was warm and caring, extremely funny, loved to laugh, and related with kindness and humor, knowing what it meant to be human and vulnerable. He was incredibly brave and accepting in the face of adversity. Eddy is deeply loved and will be greatly missed. Funeral arrangements were made with Anderson McQueen Funeral Home. Eddy’s funeral Mass will be held Friday, February 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in the Chapel (to the right as you enter the church), 7809 46th Way N., Pinellas Park, FL, www.sacredheartpinellaspark.com.
