Ramon Viana

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ramon Viana, who left us peacefully on January 29, 2025, at the age of 100. Ramon was born on January 23, 1925, and was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Rosa Larios, with whom he shared 57 years of love and companionship.

Ramon was the proud father of three children: Louis Viana (and his wife Ana Montoya), Katy Viana, and Alex Viana. He was a quiet and respectful man who dedicated his life to his family. His love and support were unwavering, and his presence will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Born and raised in Colombia, South America, Ramon worked as a mechanic in the textile industry, where he was known for his skill and dedication. Outside of work, he had a passion for reading and spent many hours devouring books. He also had a special place in his heart for tutoring children, especially in math and science, where his patience and kindness made a difference in their lives.

Ramon was the type of person who didn’t seek the spotlight but quietly made the world a better place with his actions. He was a man of few words, but his respect for others and love for his family spoke volumes. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his children, his wife, and everyone fortunate enough to have known him.
