"My Father's house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?"

Precilla Asencion Rosales passed away on 2.9.25 after walking this earth for 77 years. Survived by son Gilbert Mireles of Española, NM; daughter Sophie Davis of Belen, NM; son Edward Rosales and his husband Adam Rubin of Ossining, NY; son Paul Rosales and his wife Janet Ulibarri of Albuquerque, NM; granddaughter Precilla Marshall and her Wife Rebecca Marshall of Belen, NM; granddaughters Ella Rosales and Ciara Vigil of Albuquerque, NM; grandson Christian Rosales of Albuquerque, NM.

Ms. Rosales was born on 8.5.47 to Guadalupe Mireles, Sofia Mireles, and had an older brother Herman Mireles. Growing up, they played and fought with one another. Never enemies, they were two peas in a pod. As a young woman, she played softball, participated in track, rode horses, and loved to draw. She graduated from Los Lunas High School Class Of 1965 and moved to Las Cruces, N.M. Her eldest son Gilbert "GILBERTO" was her go to tech guru whom she could always count on, especially when it came to her PC games. She then moved to Albuquerque where she had her daughter Sophie "Denise" whom she loved to take shopping. Her son Edward "BUSHY" relocated to NY. She loved him dearly and would cook all his favorite meals and bake his favorite desserts when she knew he was coming home to visit. Paul "PABLITO" was her baby boy. She loved cooking for him and always appreciated when he would fix anything she needed around the house.

Ms. Rosales worked very hard to provide for her four children. When she had free time, she would draw, go dancing, tend to her garden and fruit trees, and go swimming at the (FOP).

During her clerical career, she was the Union President of (AFSCME). She was heavily involved with Westgate little league, where her son Paul played little league baseball. She loved coming back home to Los Lunas to visit her parents and brother. As her kids got older and moved away, she retired from the City of Albuquerque Water Authority. After retirement, she continued to enjoy her hobbies and also picked up crocheting. She made her family and friends blankets, scarves, hats and gloves. And you can’t forget her most cherished times spent with her grandchildren. Christian loved playing PC games with her and Ella "BELLA". Her granddaughter Ciara "CICI” was always admired for her beauty and how much of a great scholar she was. Her granddaughter Precilla enjoyed shopping and joking around with her favorite grandma. Ms. Rosales relocated to Belen where her relationship to her brother grew to become inseparable. Even with their close bond, they always managed to keep up with their sibling rivalry. We all know how much she loved her family and friends and how much they loved her.

Rest easy until we will meet again.
