Jesse Louis Nombrano
March 8th, 1953 - January 29th, 2025
Jesse L. Nombrano, 71, of El Monte, California passed away on January 29th, 2025 at his home in Colorado Springs after battling a lengthy illness. Mr. Nombrano was a retired Army sergeant and an avid sports fan, following all California sports teams, with the LA Dodgers & Rams being his favorites. He enjoyed reading about history and keeping abreast of current world events.
Jesse will be welcomed home by his parents, Louis & Rita Nombrano; and brothers Rodolfo, Ernesto, and Guadalupe. He is survived by his spouse, Ruby Nombrano; his children, Rita (Kevin) Watson, Teresa (Ryan Harris) Calderon, Desire (Kurtis) Pittman, Jesse Nombrano, and Shaylene (Levi Yeager) Nombrano; along with 11 grandchildren. Jesse leaves behind siblings Simonaz Gomez, Pauline (Alfonso) Loera, Barbara (Jesse) Figueroa, and Richard (Laura) Nombrano.
Services for Mr. Nombrano will be held at The Springs Funeral Services Platte Chapel on February 20th at 11:00 AM at The Springs Funeral Services. Burial with full military honors will be held at Evergreen Cemetery at 2:00 PM.
The pallbearers will be Kevin Watson, Ryan Harris, Levi Yeager, Kurtis Pittman, Johnathan Watson, and David Watson. Honorary pallbearers will be Brayden, Kamden, Eliaz, Karsten, Jack, Nevaeh, Bella, Ariel, and Brianna.
