Ross Lee Spaulding was born December 3, 1932, in Blythedale, MO to Roy and Helen Bowles Spaulding. He passed away on February 11, 2025 at the age of 92. Ross was raised mostly in the Middleton area and attended school at Middleton graduating in 1952.

He was married to his first wife Alice and they had two children Monty and Melody before divorcing. He then met and married Delores Sweep Thompson and her daughter Terri, on July 3, 1966. They started out the way they intended to continue by camping for their honeymoon.

Ross was a finish carpenter extraordinaire and had many customers that would simply wait until he was available to have him do another project. He loved to hunt and fish and he LOVED his boats, spending as much time as possible drowning worms and catching dinner.

He developed a special relationship with granddaughter Megan and her kids Grant, Toby and Keslie over the last several years and will be missed intensely. He enjoyed spending time and all his kids, grandkids (Mike, Tony, Amber, Megan) step grandkids (Travis, Lee, Brandi, Calvin and Angela) and greatgrands.

Ross is proceded in death by his parents, brother Ray and sister Betty and his spouse Delores.
