Ada Evangeline Meredith

Ada Evangeline Meredith, 94 died April 30, 2013 in Oregon City, Oregon. She was born in Lone Elder, Oregon just outside Canby, Oregon on February 1, 1919 to Martin H. and Petra (Bolland) Johnson. She is survived by her three children; Edwin (Shirley) Erland. Cathy (Asa Garl) Erland and Charles (Shari) Erland and numerous grand and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She never lost her love of life and nature, or her love of cards and bingo even though she was legally blind. She was a member of the Zoar Lutheran Church in Canby, Oregon and a lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 122. Funeral services were held at the Canby Funeral Chapel, Monday, May 6, 2013 at 1:00pm, officiated by Pastor Nic Doversberger from Zoar Lutheran Church.
