Jacob Whitmire

Jacob Whitmire, 31, of Gilbert, Arizona, passed away on February 13, 2025, after a courageous battle with stomach cancer. Born on July 7, 1993, in Mesa, Jacob lived life with extraordinary purpose and touched countless lives through his kindness and charming spirit.

As the owner of Pool Shark Pool Cleaning, Jacob built a thriving business founded on integrity and exceptional service. An adventurous soul, he found joy in skydiving, motorcycles, paddle boarding, snowboarding and competitive bodybuilding, always encouraging others to join him in pursuing life's adventures and spending time with family, friends and his beloved dog, Thor.

Jacob possessed a remarkable talent for making others feel cherished and understood. He was the person you could call whenever you were in need, and he would be there. Even during his illness, he remained a source of strength and inspiration to those around him, facing each day with remarkable grace and unwavering optimism. His genuine care for others and ready smile left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

He is survived by his loving mother, Ann Whitmire; his sister, Rhiana Whitmire; large family that loves him dearly and his faithful German Shepherd, Thor. He also leaves behind a wide circle of devoted friends who were blessed to share in his journey.

A celebration of Jacob's life will be held on March 9th at the Culinary Dropout, 383 N Gilbert Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234, from 1pm -5pm.

Though he departed too soon, Jacob's legacy of kindness, courage, and joy will continue to inspire all who knew him. He had the heart of a warrior.
