Camille Renee Roybal

On February 14th, 2025 Camille Renee Roybal, loving daughter, sister and aunt, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Santa Fe, NM at the age of 43.

Camille was born in San Diego, CA on May 5th, 1981. The family moved back to Santa Fe, NM in May of 1987, and Camille had lived here since. Camille worked for the State of New Mexico for approximately 14 years in accounting and auditing, where she took pride in her work and was loved and valued by many co-workers. Camille loved nature and taking her beloved dog Angel on walks. She will be remembered for her beautiful, warm and caring heart. Camille was always there to lend a helping hand or a wise ear to help others. She brought light and joy into many lives and positively impacted anyone she came across. Camille will be truly missed beyond words.

Camille is preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents Celia and Falviano Herrera of Nambe NM, Paternal Grandparents Adelina and Filigonio Roybal of Santa Fe NM, Aunt Cleo Castellano of Santa Fe, NM, Uncle David Roybal of Albuquerque, NM, Cousins Clarissa Castellano, Stephanie, Vanessa, Phillip and Manuelita Herrera of Nambe, NM.

Camille is survived by her mother and father Aggie and Randy Roybal of Santa Fe, NM. Many Aunts and Uncles; Osmundo and Tina Herrera, Gabriel and Berlina Herrera, Nick Herrera and Olivia, Charlie and Carmen Herrera and David Herrera all of Nambe, NM; Nina and Chendo Roybal of El Rancho, NM and Marian Martinez and husband Eli of Downey CA; Brother Randy Roybal, niece Amber and nephews Randy Jr., Phillip and Damian Roybal of Santa Fe, NM; Sister Celene and niece Alyssa Roybal of Albuquerque, NM; Half-sisters Betsy and Annie Governale of Lafayette, LA and Gayle and Dane Hill of St. Augustine, FL. She is also survived by many loving cousins, relatives, friends and co-workers.

Services will take place Monday March 3rd, 2025. A Rosary will be recited at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am, at St. Anne's Church, 511 Alicia St, Santa Fe, NM. A Christian Burial will take place at 3pm at the Nambe Cemetery, Nambe, NM.
