William Joseph Otto
August 10th, 1969 - May 24th, 2015
Bill Otto, age 45, passed away at his father’s home in Eaton on May 24, 2015, with his father, sister and step-mom at his side. Bill was born on August 10, 1969, in White House Station Hunterdon, New Jersey. He grew up near Ault, Colorado. Very successful in life in ways of humanity and spirit, Bill touched and helped many with his kindness, generosity and support. His strength, determination and courage were inspirational to all around him. Bill leaves his father, Ken Jr., his stepmom, Carolyn, his mother, Deb Collier and her husband, Randy of Louisiana, his sister, Elizabeth, and her husband, Mike of Dalton, Nebraska, his nephews, Ian of Scottsbluff and Josh of Cheyenne, his niece, Jessika of Cheyenne, and grandnieces Ariea and Aribella also of Cheyenne. Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher. A memorial barbecue will be held at Woods Landing, Wyoming, on a date in June to be announced.
