Mary Caroline Encineas, 64, passed away on October 14, 2016 in Greeley, Colorado. She was born on December 19, 1951 in La Junta, Colorado to Lorenzo and Marina (Olguin) Trujillo. Mary loved her Colorado teams (Broncos, Rockies and the Nuggets) and fishing. She will be remembered for her unconditional love for her family, especially to her grandchildren and her great sense of humor. She also loved to play pool and darts. Mary is survived by her husband, Roy Encineas of Greeley; Daughter, Gina Encineas (Leo Martinez) of Greeley; grandchildren: Danielle, Brenden, Dustin, Rumaldo, Jonathan, and Arianna; brothers, Antonio (Maggie) Trujillo of Commerce City, Ben Trujillo of Rocky Ford, Felix Trujillo of Denver and her sister, Bernice Trujillo of Rocky Ford. Mary is preceded in death by her son, James Encineas; her parents Lorenzo and Marina Trujillo, great granddaughter Jayleigh; brothers, Ignacio (Joe) Trujillo and Lorenzo (L.T.) Trujillo.
